ACCEDA is a platform developed by the government of Spain, designed to simplify access to administrative procedures and public services online. Its objective is to improve efficiency in the management of procedures, saving time and resources, and increasing accuracy in data collection. The General Secretariat of Digital Administration supervises this tool, which has been adopted by various Spanish agencies, including the Ministries of Finance and Public Service. The ACCEDA platform is characterized by its modular design, which makes it easy to configure procedures for both end users and administrators. It includes an editor and a content manager that allows you to add new forms and files, assign processing statuses to procedures, carry out appropriate follow-ups and distribute work efficiently. It works on Linux and Windows operating systems, and its code is available for download in the official repository of the Technology Transfer Center.
