ARCHIVE is a web solution designed for the comprehensive management of electronic records in public administration. It facilitates interoperability between different government entities, ensuring coherence and avoiding duplication in the information managed by various agencies. This tool is aligned with the National Interoperability Scheme, according to RD 4/2010, guaranteeing efficient management and compliance with the regulations of electronic documents and files. ARCHIVE represents a step forward in the modernization and efficiency of public administration.
The problem addressed by ARCHIVE lies in the fragmented and inefficient management of digital archives in public administration. Government agencies often face challenges with duplication and inconsistency of information across different departments, which hinders effective interoperability and data integrity. The lack of a centralized, standardized system for electronic record keeping leads to operational inefficiencies and potential risks in data accuracy and accessibility. This situation requires a solution that can unify and optimize the digital file management process across various government sectors, ensuring consistency, security, and ease of access.
Central Repository: Functions as a centralized platform for storing and managing digital archives within government agencies. Electronic Record Creation and Maintenance: Allows for the creation, maintenance, and definitive storage of electronic records in a centralized manner. Interoperability Framework: Facilitates an interoperable environment across different government departments, ensuring seamless data exchange and consistency. Multi-Departmental Access: Provides access to various government agencies, enabling them to manage and retrieve documents efficiently. Prevention of Data Redundancy: Aims to eliminate duplicate records and data inconsistencies, enhancing data integrity and accuracy.
Java-based application with both web and desktop versions. Uses MySQL for data handling and supports Apache Linux environments and J2EE servers. Offers electronic signature and sealing services.
