Electronic Record Creation and Maintenance: Allows for the creation, maintenance, and definitive storage of electronic records in a centralized manner. Java-based application with both web and desktop versions. Uses MySQL for data handling and supports Apache Linux environments and J2EE servers. Offers electronic signature and sealing services.
