The Dynamic Forms Generator is a support tool that allows entity technical teams to quickly configure the forms necessary for data capture. It supports the creation of up to 32 question types, handles user authentication, allows simultaneous connections from multiple users and the reuse of questions from other formats. In addition, it manages the version of each format and exports the forms along with their responses in docx, xlsx and pdf formats, facilitating efficient management of data capture.

The Dynamic Form Builder solves the need to develop and manage data capture forms quickly and efficiently, allowing organizations to adapt and respond to information needs with flexibility and precision.

Form Creation Wizard: The Dynamic Forms Generator offers a user-friendly wizard that guides users through the process of creating forms step by step. No extensive coding skills are required.
