EHRServer is a SaaS platform dedicated to the management and exchange of clinical information, relying on the openEHR standard to guarantee interoperability and efficiency in data management. This tool facilitates the collection, analysis and visualization of clinical data, allowing fluid integration with desktop applications and APIs. Developed to save resources in the creation of health information systems, EHRServer eliminates the need to develop customized solutions for common problems in this area. By offering a solid, pre-configured foundation, it allows users to focus on innovating and improving the functionality of their applications, accelerating the process to market and optimizing the quality of the clinical data managed.

What problems does it solve?

EHRServer addresses the critical need for efficient electronic health records management in the healthcare industry. With the increasing digitization of health data, there is a growing challenge in storing, organizing and retrieving patient information securely and efficiently. Healthcare providers require a system that not only stores large volumes of data but also provides quick and easy access to patient records for effective treatment planning and better patient outcomes.

How does the tool work?

Clinical Data Repository: Functions as a primary or secondary repository for storing and managing clinical data from web and mobile applications. OpenEHR compliant Data Sharing Platform: Acts as a centralized repository to facilitate the sharing of clinical information between various systems. Query Building and Management: Features a Query Builder for creating and managing data queries without programming knowledge. Mobile Responsiveness: Offers a mobile-friendly user interface, making it accessible and manageable on the go. Decision Support Integration: Serves as a backend for Clinical Decision Support tools, such as rule engines, enhancing clinical decision-making processes.

Open standards

Built with open-source technologies: leverages Grails framework, Groovy, Java, and MySQL to provide a robust and flexible foundation. Complies with the OpenEHR standard: ensures standardized handling of clinical data by adopting this open standard. Provides a REST API: enables seamless integration with other systems and applications. Incorporates an administrative web console: allows efficient management of the platform. Supports multi-tenancy: offers multi-tenancy capabilities, ensuring data isolation among users.
