Inclusive Recycling Assessment is a digital tool to monitor and improve recycling programs in cities in Latin America and the Caribbean. It allows you to evaluate inclusive recycling indicators by comparing data from several cities, facilitating analysis and decision-making based on concrete data. Developed to encourage the integration of informal recyclers into the formal market, this tool is part of the Regional Inclusive Recycling Initiative. Its objective is to improve the visibility and operation of the recycling sector in the region, promoting sustainability and social equity policies.
The tool addresses the lack of centralized and comparative data on inclusive recycling, providing a system that helps evaluate and improve the integration of informal recyclers, thus improving recycling and sustainability policies in Latin American and Caribbean cities.
Program Assessment: The model facilitates the assessment of existing recycling programs to identify strengths and areas for improvement. Inclusivity Metrics: Users can measure inclusivity by assessing participation from diverse demographic groups. Sustainability Integration: The tool supports the integration of sustainability principles into recycling initiatives.
Designed as a spreadsheet tool, it compares inclusive recycling models based on multiple indicators. Requires data from various cities to evaluate active initiatives, focusing on comparative analysis and structured data collection.
