It allows the efficient exchange and storage of electronic documents, ensuring data interoperability in accordance with the standards established in Spain. Its implementation in Spanish municipalities has demonstrated its effectiveness and adaptability to different administrative environments. This tool facilitates completely electronic document management, complying with the National Interoperability Scheme (ENI) for the storage and retrieval of electronic documents and files. INSIDE ensures that active management documentation is handled efficiently before final archiving, promoting an interoperable and durable format.

Global Management Service: Suite InSide offers a comprehensive service for managing electronic files and documents, ensuring compliance with formal and technical standards of the National Interoperability Scheme (ENI)​​. Storage and Modification: Inside allows for the storage and modification of electronic documents and files in any document management system compatible with the CMIS standard, including associated mandatory metadata​​. Document and File Association: The tool enables the association of documents to files and the management of indices through folders and file linking​​. Web Service Interaction: Inside provides a set of web services that facilitate automatic interaction with applications, including operations like the creation and modification of electronic files, and metadata management​​. Document Generation and Compliance: G-Inside (Generator Inside) supports the generation of electronic documents and files compliant with ENI, allowing users to input mandatory metadata and create XML files for electronic documents and files that adhere to technical interoperability standards​​.

Optimized for Firefox and Java 7.0.51. Supports electronic signature formats like PADES, XADES, and CADES, and document formats like PDF, DOC, and JPG. Integrates access control via NIF or DIR3 credentials.
