GCBA Open Budget is a reflection of this commitment, offering a key tool to improve controls and raise the level of public discussion about the use of state funds.
The problem that GCBA Open Budget addresses is the lack of accessible and understandable budget information for citizens. Budget documents are often complex and not readily available in a format that ordinary citizens can understand.
