"Organizational Sexual Harassment Survey - ELSA" is a tool designed to evaluate sexual harassment prevention policies in organizations. This initial assessment helps to understand the effectiveness of the prevention system and identify areas for improvement. The "Organizational Sexual Harassment Survey - ELSA" tool is a questionnaire designed to assess institutional aspects in the prevention of workplace sexual harassment. It focuses on annual measurement, policy implementation, establishment of reporting channels and staff training, among other key elements. ELSA allows organizations to obtain an initial measurement of their prevention system, facilitating the diagnosis and implementation of actions to improve their indicators. Although it is not a comprehensive measurement, it acts as a catalyst for preventive action in the workplace.

“Initial Organizational Survey” is an initial test that is freely accessible to organizations. Based on a brief questionnaire of a maximum of 14 questions, it shows the level of implementation of the workplace sexual harassment prevention system in which the organization is located. The levels obtained from the scores and weights assigned to the questions in the questionnaire; and they are: Initial (0-55 points), Intermediate (56-85 points), Advanced (86-100 points)
