Rahat

Rahat is a blockchain-based cash assistance application designed to optimize assistance to vulnerable communities. Through a system of redeemable tokens, it allows a secure and transparent record of transactions, facilitating real-time monitoring of resource distribution. Its intuitive interface makes it possible for volunteers and local partners to register beneficiaries and assign aid efficiently. Developed with the purpose of strengthening collaboration between multilateral organizations, governments and entities interested in the well-being of marginalized populations, Rahat is presented as a key solution for providing support to disadvantaged sectors. From the distribution of educational materials to Covid-19 assistance, this platform offers decentralized and transparent financial access, contributing to the resilience of communities in the face of adversities such as climate shocks.
The challenge lies in managing the distribution of aid in humanitarian crises. Traditional methods often face problems of transparency, efficiency and cost. Crucial is the need for a system that can streamline the process, ensuring that aid reaches its intended recipients without unnecessary expenses or fraud.

Designed to operate in specific environments, such as Node.js version 10.18.1 and Yarn version 1.21.1. Requires a local server and Ganache for deployment. Adheres to Airbnb's coding style, ensuring quality and consistency through Eslint.
