Safe YOU

Safe YOU is a multifunctional safety app designed to help women protect themselves against gender-based violence. Available in Armenia and Georgia, users can send free alert SMS with their geolocation to up to seven pre-selected contacts, including the police. This app integrates community features, such as anonymous forums and emergency contacts, and offers a safe environment for discussions and legal and psychological assistance. The Safe YOU web platform connects NGOs, government organizations and individual specialists, providing a comprehensive space for prevention and protection against violence and promoting the economic and social empowerment of women through access to digital resources.
Safe YOU addresses complex issues that limit women's economic empowerment, primarily by reducing gender-based violence and changing discriminatory social norms. It provides essential tools for women's safety, facilitating access to professional and community support, and promoting evidence-based policies to improve women's protection and rights.
