Single Account Registration Portal
What is it?

The Single Account Registration Portal is a platform designed to facilitate the creation of a citizen account that allows digital access to various government services. Users register using their ID number, complete a life insurance check, and establish an email address and password to manage their account. This tool optimizes access to Dominican State procedures and services, guaranteeing a secure and efficient process. Identity validation is performed using advanced technology, ensuring that citizens can use their account on multiple government portals with a single registration.

What problems does it solve?

The Single Account Registration Portal solves the problem of fragmented access to digital government services. It facilitates access to multiple portals and procedures for citizens in Latin America and the Caribbean through a single account, improving efficiency and security in interactions with public institutions.

How does the tool work?

The Single Account Registration Portal allows citizens to create a single account to access digital government services. The process includes identification with an ID card, proof of identity with anti-spoofing validation, and account creation with an email address and secure password. Once verified, the account is activated for use on government portals.

Open standards

The Single Account Enrollment Portal tool uses open standards like NIST 800-63B to create secure passwords, ensuring they are not present in data breaches. It also employs X-Road for interoperability, facilitating the integration and secure exchange of data between government systems.
