Zero lines is a web application designed to facilitate the scheduling of appointments for various procedures, allowing users to select available days and times from any device with internet access. This tool optimizes time management by eliminating the need to wait in long lines, thus improving citizens' experience in carrying out government procedures and other services. Initially developed by the Veracruz City Council, Cero Filas's main objective is to improve efficiency in processing procedures, allowing users to schedule their appointments, attend at the agreed time using a QR Code and evaluate the quality of the service received. This solution not only benefits citizens by saving them time, but also contributes to the efficiency of processors and advisors, significantly reducing waiting times and promoting higher quality customer service.
Zero lines solves the problem of inefficient access to government services, characterized by long lines and complicated processes that caused dissatisfaction and loss of time. Improves the operational efficiency of government offices, optimizing the use of resources and allowing the systematic collection of feedback and evaluation of services. This closes the gap between the needs of citizens and the quality of the service offered.

Operational Transparency: The system brings a new level of transparency to public service appointments, fostering trust and reliability in governmental operations. Efficient Resource Allocation: Streamlines the allocation of government resources, ensuring that time slots and personnel are utilized effectively. Public Sector Innovation: Cero Filas is a testament to innovation in the public sector, showcasing how technology can enhance the delivery of government services.
